By using FixMyForm.org PDF Unlock Service/Tool you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

We offer an online tool that unlocks PDF files to make them fillable, editable, and signable. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to unlock and use any files you upload.

3. Payment

All fees are paid upfront through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Prices may change at our discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to upload any files that infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws.
• You agree not to misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer our service.

5. File Handling

Uploaded files are used solely for processing your request. We do not keep copies longer than necessary.

6. Refunds

Because of the nature of digital file processing, all purchases are final. If you have an issue, please contact admin@fixmyform.org

7. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the unlocked file will meet your specific legal or formatting needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms
